Who we are

This privacy policy covers the websites glintapex.com and loca.glintapex.com. It does not cover the LocaGlint service itself, which has its own terms. These websites are operated by GLINT APEX LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17151097), registered office: Suite 1-3 The Hop Exchange, 24 Southwark Street, London SE1 1TY, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data processed through these websites.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views and referrers). It does not use cookies, does not use local storage and does not identify or track individual visitors across sites. These websites set no cookies of their own.

When you email us

If you contact us at [email protected], we use your email address and the content of your message to respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence. If you apply for the LocaGlint Beta, we also use the details you send to assess your application and set up your account; this is necessary to enter into or perform a contract with you, and we keep that information for as long as you have an account and as required by law afterwards. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and then delete it.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP addresses) as needed to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
